Why we built Needled
Needled started with a simple frustration. People on injectable medications wanted to track their progress, but existing solutions either did too much — clinical dose management, meal planning, exercise tracking — or too little (a note in their phone).
There was nothing in between. Nothing that was fast to set up, effortless to use daily, and gave you a clear picture of your journey over time.
So we built it. An app that does three things — logs injections, tracks weight, and manages your pen — and does them really well. No bloat. No clinical jargon. No unsolicited health advice.
We added Pip because tracking should feel like checking in with a friend, not filing a medical report. We added confetti because you deserve to celebrate your consistency. And we made the core features free because everyone deserves a good tracking tool, regardless of budget.
